Store in a dry place. Install the tongue-and-groove profile on furring strips ensuring a ventilated air gap, with flashings, weather-resistive barriers, and recommended fasteners; respect the clearances in the manufacturer's guide.

Estimated delivery: 3 to 4 weeks. The Juste du Pin transport team will contact the customer directly to coordinate delivery, generally with confirmation 24 to 48 hours in advance. The site must be accessible to a truck with a trailer approximately 65 ft long, and the surface must be passable; in the event of a slope, it must be well sanded. Unloading is generally performed using a Moffett.

Orders are considered final: no standard exchanges, returns, credits, or refunds are accepted, particularly for surplus material or moldings. If a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if the color does not match the order, do not install it. Contact Revêtement Canada to open a claim. The file will be evaluated according to the situation, and photos, the invoice, as well as other documents may be required. An installed product is considered accepted.
